These terms cover text messages sent by The Hawley Team at KW Florida Living, a licensed Florida real estate brokerage team, to people who have asked us to contact them.
You give permission by submitting a form on our website asking about a property, requesting a home valuation, saving a property search, or asking us to get in touch. Directly above the submit button, every one of those forms displays this notice:
You also give permission by texting or calling one of our published numbers first — from a yard sign, printed marketing, or a business card — in which case a licensed agent replies in that conversation.
Consent is never a condition of any purchase. We do not message purchased or rented lists, and we do not treat an advertisement click or a website visit as permission to text you.
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. To start again, sign up the same way you did the first time.
